Yes as I understand it, however you must buy before 13 October.
You really need to peruse TLS's announcement to the asx as there are certain proviso's re final price, and the proportion of your offer they might accept.
Also bear in mind that the technical loss incurred can only be offset against investment/trading gains (I think) and not against normal income (assuming you're not a trader).
