Yep and read the SM voted on 6 December 2016 by shareholders giving LW the opportunity to increase his ownership (after the release of the top line Rett syndrome March results) by the end of June 2017 via the "Potential Allotments". It is noteworthy that LW chose not to increase his holdings and certainly in the context of commentary by the co. in relation to a commercial partnering agreement being secured after those results in 2017. IMO it seems as though a pharma deal was in the mix in late 2016 (subject to satisfactory top-line results in March 2017) but has subsequently failed to materialise.
