its the general rule. Not sure if it will fall all the way to $2.10, but it will fall, the temptation to sell those shares when the SP is 20%+ higher will be too great to resist. The only situation I can see where and SP dip wont happen is if the Oil Price leaps by 20%. Possible, but will require a significant event for that to happen.
