All of those elements plus nb are found in Tantalum deposits. They are also found in lithium deposits how ever ta and nb are often dificult to seperate due to their similar chemical and physical similarities hence the chance of ta being radioactive. also the different techniques to mine the Lithium via flotation and Tantalum leaching leads to Ta having radioactive isotopes
