Shares need to be bought up on market and establish some substantial holders (bigger than Tulla). Both CDU and matrix dumped their shares on market and no company has taken up the extra shares. Leaving traders lots to play with. I'm hoping that some on market buying has been mentioned in the JV negotiations.
