surest way to make a living from the stock market is to get a group of friends together, buy a suspended company "shell" via a DOA, do a 100:1 consolidation, issue yourselves a swag of shares, vote yourselves in as the Directors, look around for a private company in the "flavour of the month" sector & do a share only purchase, do a placement to fill the coffers, award yourselves another swag of shares for a job well done (& to dilute the retail punters so as to stay retain majority shareholding & stay in control)

From there on you can issue new shares every year to the value of 15% of the co. (without having to get shareholders approval)to pay the directors fees & if you happen to actually be serious about building the company .... you could make a motza ... & if not, there are always punters out there ready to buy shares in fantasy stories in the hope of getting rich without expending any sweat.
