CDU did well getting Azure Capital onboard. They found Morgan Stanley Smith Barney who whacked in a cool $20m. But that sort of institutional investment will only come once there is a quantifiable asset - ie a measured JORC.
And it would come down to the cost of contracting a company like Azure.

Let's get the JV under our belt - that's first. Then lets get some money behind us and go get the JORC we need to attract more investment.
