now , you said you would not choose axiomkb or sumitomo if you were a judge, because you don't want to get the govt or landowners offside.

why would you get the govt or landowners offside if you chose axiomkb?... i thought the landowners signed up with axiom because they were happy with what they were offered and the govt issued the mining licence.

more likely the landowners would be very unhappy if sumitomo got their way, this would mean no mining for 50yrs

if sumitomo were successful, the govt would be left with egg on their face and THEN you could say that SI ministers would be "peeved off".
