Mad - For what it is worth it looks like the landowners of the San Jorge deposit are the ones who are saying they do not want either SMM or AVQ. Looking at past announcements this could be Bungusule Trustees who were also supposed to be in the Axiom KB joint venture with the Kolosori Trustees. We know Axiom KB only has 50 year licence with the Kolosori land. So it looks like AVQ may have difficulty getting their foot on the San Jorge deposit. This means that a substantial portion of the total reserves may not be accessable.
