If MinRes were to swoop with a quick formal bid at $1.50 next month, I think they may secure another 20% (~230 million shares not diluted for performance rights etc)
MinRes with a 40% strategic shareholding for an average cost of $1.14 it feels like a pretty smart move to me (particularly when compared to Azure which has a part interest in a large undefined deposit without a mining licence … years away from production)
Christmas is now looming quickly and any formal bid below $1.50 is only likely to flush out the interest from other global lithium groups to overbid and/or just build stakes whilst there will be high market liquidity
WildCat must already be securing more rigs, so my hope is we may even see some form of material maiden resource at Leia early in 2024
