The tfe man has explained my suggestion well
i do think it will prove hard for MinRes to secure much more than 20% with a quick bid priced under $1.50, there is just too much exciting stuff happening.
After all this recent market action, other big groups will now be having a much more serious look and probably ask for data room access and site visits
The longer MinRes wait … the more expensive WildCat will get imho
Those performance shares referred to related to the securities/options etc held by the Wildcat Board, but not currently counted as voting stock
