Thanks for the explanation TFEman and LadyT. So MinEes can put an offer in for a partial takeover? I,e for anyone who accepts the price offer can sell individually?
I was of the understanding that a TO arrangement (anything over 20% is a yes or no that is decided on majority vote?
Not the case?
