I think MinRes would need to make a full bid, but I’m guessing that only ~ 20% of holders would be dumb enough to sell their shares that cheaply
Recent voting situation shows that there is a core group of ~40/50% very supportive of this unique situation and Board
Tabba Tabba is huge and Bolt Cutter still untested
