If i was the new ceo i would draw a line in the sand and create writedowns etc-blame it on the previous management- then over time once things improve claim what a guru ive been about creating such a turn around.
Iknow this is a bit cynical but any one new coming in will want to get rid of any old baggage.
Not so sure about appointing some one who already is part of the current regime.
there will be a buying opportunity and am watching closely but not yet i feel.
only my thoughts, feel free to criticise.
