    Selling 100 shares ever 3 minutes, equals 2,000 shares an hour, or a paltry 12,000 shares during the whole trading day..!

    He can continue this for a couple of days (total sales ~ 25,000 shares), and in a vaccuum of confidence pick up a whole stack - say 100K at a 15/20% discount to the price before he started his selling.
