    STB with a market cap of $66m, a 1+ billion tonne JORC compliant resource, low capex $740m, Chinese-owned tenement to the north, it makes sense to just buy STB outright and develop the resource with the Chinese to the north.

    A takeover for $120m would be chicken feed for RIO.
