You make it out as if STB owns the tenement, STB owns jack, teh Eritreans can easily kick STB out of the coountry or even delay the project if it does not go their way. Why do you reckon share price fell as low as it did? Sovreign risk, 1. by UN sactions, 2. By Eritrean government culture. STB is going nowhere fast, they need to tie tthe Eritrean Government to the project first, and even then can you trust Eritrea???? Hope it goes well, and up till now STB has not provided any good signs. They need to fix and finalize Eritrean government negotiations ASAP and wter tight IMO, otherwise we will hit 20cents.
STB management have underestimated the Eritrean government and I think this is the biggest hurdle to overcome. Financing the project will be no issues IMO. If there is easy money to be made the Money hoarders (banks and well known families) will lend it.
Therefore FIX the damn issue STB Management, it has been 9months, you could build a city in 9 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!
