    Yes I agree completely about units, any profit was built in and taken by the developer when they are bought.
    Not just that about units but the Body Corporate and other fees eats any profit from rent almost completely over the year.
    I have read that if you bought a unit the best time to sell it is around 10 years old, just before it needs to be refurbished and pass on the cost to the next sucker.

    In my area I cant believe these people are still building them when the price is falling and the vacancy rate is going up.
    Really these people must live in China some where if they think they are going to sell these things.

    I will be waiting for probably at least another year until the rollover is really on and It wont be a unit unless I get it at a fire sale.
