ING have told me that directors are all appointed by ING and that unitholders have no rights with respect to appointing directors.

However, I do think they are obliged to reply to our correspondence and this may form part of a paper trail for future potential action. I strongly urge all unitholders to start sending ING letters / emails expressing their feelings and requesting replies to their questions.
