I was pretty discusted tonite after watching a report on British troops going into Afghan villages..TELLING them they had to inform the troops of hidden bombs and rat on the Taliban..
Then after being asked NOT to set up camp in their village(which are thousands of yrs old) they proceeded to cave in the village wall with a bulldozer and set up a base ...Watching this makes me feel ashamed of being born into western society..HOW ARROGANT..I ask anyone how they would feel and react if some foreign army came prancing on in over here and driving their tanks through our homes..dropping bombs and killing our kids and demanding we behave how they ask...It's like some very bizarre movie...
Incredible Absolutely... No wonder they are resorting to drastic measures like strapping bombs to themselves...how else to you defend yourself against such arrogance...Just like the Christian crusades destroying ancient cultures ,taking their land and forcing 'GOD" down their necks.
