Bring Blina back into production in a way that is sustainable over the medium term.
Fend off some sort of corporate action (the company has a very loose registry and any real offer would likely succeed due to the many years of mixed results) without diluting shareholders further.
Cut whatever staff of the company have led to over a decade of operational mistakes and poor decision making (I doubt this will happen, as it should have already after the Ungani 4 fiasco, or 6 for that matter).
