If ORE remains below the placement price during the next few weeks I assume a significant number of eligible shareholders will not take up their entitlement. This would result in the underwriter covering a large shortfall and there being an overhang of shares.
If that happens maybe the stock will move back towards $2 in the subsequent weeks.
Perhaps it's better to wait before buying?
