Stretching it a bit to say PTTEP have got the go-ahead to start drilling before Cop/Kar.
From what i can see, the only thing Ferguson has done is not ban PTTEP from operating in Australia.
You can bet your last dollar that PTTEP will have to jump through more hoops than any other exploration company operating in Australia the next time they want to drill.
