i have no idea what the "data" actually is..... but was it data that was somehow "owned" by Visa if it was stuff going through the Visa computer networks? dunno.
I mean, what did the "Terms and Conditions" box say when ISX first clicked the "Accept" icon?
Does anyone even read the terms and conditions before they click on the "Accept" box?

- if it were illegal for Visa EU to transfer this data, why would they do so? They admitted it in writing.
