    By giving away a third of the company in options at 30,40c for placements to keep his wage coming and 'consultancy' fees paid just shows the confidence of the CEO of actually mining....

    You don't give away that much of your company just to fuel admin, wages and consultants fees if you have any confidence you will succeed
