    Was there any penalties from the asx?
    No
    Was there any damage to shareholder value and sentiment?
    Yes
    The rights issue which imo would have been filled and no price drop because sentiment would have maintained the status quo.
    Now because of this, Axiom will raise at a lower level and will imo be Sophisticated Investors instead of general shareholders.
