the blame laid at the feet of bush is misguided as is stated in the previous post. it is a state responsibility not federal. same here the mayor of new orleans was too interested in the money being raised by the abominable po ofter parade that he was welcoming. if he had acted sooner it would have meant cancelling the "Southern Decadence, A Celebration of Gay Life, Music, and Culture". as it is the "celebration" was cancelled for him
