If the lefties here in Australia object to the appointment of Kavanaugh to the scotus then they should also be objecting to Shorten's leadership of the alp and him being in the parliament.

And if this is the standard going forward then anyone else can be removed from office or stopped from running, any time someone makes a similar allegation. Even from thirty+ years ago.

Dont worry in NZ now there is a push for rape trial to be done with out a jury , would just take a judges decision , seems sexist to me
