    lf IMF funds an appeal or appeals pursuant to clause 11.1 or 11.2 then an additional 5% will be added to the percentages referred to in clause 12.1(e) hereof in respect of each appeal so funded and "Proceedings" will be read as including the appeal or appeals.. . I say bring on the Judge.. NOR..
