If QBL comes out with a LITHIUM announcements then this stock...

    If QBL comes out with a LITHIUM announcements then this stock has the potential to easily run to the previous high of 7 cents seen 3 years ago.
    I base this purely on the big cash balance(currently trading at cash backing) and the fact we all know QBL can run very strongly on good volume....we wait to see if it goes ahead,
