Problem is Brett while they still hold millions of shares they can step back from selling let the buy side build and the punters will think its over and scramble back in giving M&G the chance to launch a second wave of selling - I wont feel comfortable till i see at least a form 605 notice from them but even at 4.99% they will still have 10m shares
