Action and recommendation

Downgrade to Neutral. Unprecedented hedge fund industry failure since September has destroyed investor confidence and finally caught up with HFA. Our prior Outperform recommendation was wrong in light of these recent events which are unlikely to abate in the short term. We have reset our price target to 10c as the stock is likely to drift for 12 months or more depending upon the health of markets and when confidence returns to the industry.
