Since AIPAC is a no go and written off by the market, TACTI-02 is the one that could trigger Merck’s buy out on mono offer. I supported the CR for this company twice, and on 50% loss atm. Not many holders including me can afford to continue supporting the company for any CR in the future. Management must look at the alternatives for funding or sell the business to a higher bidder sooner.
