This time Holy has mentioned "yellow sands" and not "Shell". In his other reply to the thred: ones twos tree fo mo ob de scayrtings, Holy mentions the sun will soon rise in the East.
So it looks like Holy thinks MEL will have some type of association with an Asian country soon...most likely China.
A quick google of Yellow sands brings up "Asian Dust" also known as China Dust Storms
