If it did happen it would most likely be a dual listing. It would trade on both exchanges. No change to your trading.
If it listed solely on the NASDAQ it would be a pain in the proverbial. Traded in US$. You'd need a broker that dealt on that exchange, transfer funds back to Aus at bank exchange rates, complicated tax implications etc.
It would still leave NWT short of $400 million needed to launch a satellite.
