Why would I care one way or the other? But I do care, about the punter who might listen to some of the half baked 'analysis' in here and think it means something more than it does.
You have confused the option with negotiations.
I have stated and restated still you don't get it.
Any deal is based on valuations of the IP. That means costs, and revenue. You think that is easy? It's complex!
Celgene are ahead of the pack in that they have been engaged in negotiations far earlier. Nobody would be able to catch up now. This is why no need for exclusivity. Also we have had results since negotiations commenced and these have been positive.
All the numbered points can't disguise the fact that you haven't grasped the essentials of this dynamic.
