Nice work as usual Rappa - but the joke is if they wait and pay a higher premium - then they increase their risk because they paid a higher premium and have more money to lose! That's how I see it. Nobody can ever pick the bottom. It's a mental weakness even to try.
A good investor needs to learn how to handle being underwater. Special breathing techniques and cost averaging techniques will do it, but learning to breath comes first
