the comment re. king being forced to sell his shares is unsubstantiated and vicious
as i've been saying all along the brokers are spreading false rumours as part of an orchestrated campaign to scare retail shareholders into selling their shares on relisting.
the kkr and pep alernate bid is good news if true. hopefully it starts a bidding war. if cvc offered $2.2bn previously, then than can offer it again
