Bearing in mind that the UBS debt is long term, it will be interesting to see whether or not they reduce any portion of that debt that remains following the Stella sale.

My guess is probably not. Bearing in mind they will be trying to do everything in their power to rebuild shareholder confidence, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they don't offer a sweetener to shareholders in the form of a firm dividend commitment or something similar with some of the proceeds of the sale.
