    Hi all,

    Well when? Posters here for 15 years have been raving about prices dropping and scooping up 50% discounts Australia wide (Eastern seaboard anyway).

    Now this hasn't happened and retirement is creeping up for some here. Is anyone willing to admit they got it wrong? I bet NO.
