    1. When you've studied the history of referendums. But I guess that's too much to ask of a cheerleader Prime Minister who couldn't even be bothered reading past a 1-page Uluru Statement.

    2. When you've held a Constitutional convention.

    3. When you've secured bi-partisan support. No ifs, no buts.

    4. When you've understood the Australian people.

    5. When you've stopped having to bullsh** your way to make this thing work.
