I really hope it doesn't to be honest. I still believe in FBR will be successfull. But if it does eventuate, then literately FBR might be a casualty. I think $1mil would get us a pretty land sized acre self sustaining for 3-4 families living as a commune. 4-5 hours from Sydney.
