SGH can come through every thing if it delivers on the numbers and CF.

We won't know any thing till 1 H numbers are out or some ANN is dropped.
Expecting any info from the management before 1 H numbers is not a wise scenario.
As there is no unfavorable ANN from SGH re cash burn/CF and D 4 E news we can
think that PIP is progressing well as 2H numbers of last finncl yr will make any one extrapolate.
Media and MN also have done nothing but assumed and extrapolated from the bits and pieces and fantasized lot of things.
Same is true for today.
Looks like some one asked ASIC to investigate SGH for that specific period.
Under that circumstances, ASIC would have no choice i presume as they were already in SGH for a while and SGH has been under cloud.
So ASIC has to go there and look into those things.
Nothing new.
nothing big.
Market and investors can B emotional and the reaction is there today.
Still not bad.
sgh HELD PRETTY WELL CONSIDERING THE VOLUME.which has come after a long long time.
SGH just needs to survive these 6-9 months and deliver reasonable numbers on 1H AND THEN 2 H and then get 100-200 million of NIHL money before June 2017 end.
If that happens,all this will come to pass and SGH will see its old days of glory.
ESCROW as u know is highly likely to go in SGH favour.
CA if lost will be paid by the insurers i think.
so it all boils down to 3 things.
good 1 H AND 2 H numbers and NIHL delivering 100-200 million by June end.
Then SGH becomes unstoppable marching past its old highs in coming yrs.
So WILL SGH SURVIVE THESE 6-9 MONTHS.
Will SGH deliver reasonable 1H numbers and commentary for big banks to be happy enough to keep on playing the game for another 6 months after 1 H numbers in Feb. without D 4 E.
Only time will answer that.

Reminds me of BHP 10 months ago.
Doom and gloom.
Predictions of crashing $10 per share.
Now it is sitting pretty again.

A lot of the posts are emotion driven.
Lose a stack of money and all you can do is vent by posting.
if they don't hold they are not in the market.
There is little wisdom and a lot of guessing in all the posts.

You, like me, see the opportunity and upside.
Back yourself and ignore the others.
