I am surmising,Herc, that DP has done a backhand deal with this company, whom many of HC writers raise questions about.

My 'psychic' sense is that through this deal DP will have access to share votes to counter any action at an EGM.

I also sense that a private deal will have been struck so that he and his family will continue to benefit privately from the 'harvesting' at Bullabulling. Whether DP is treating it as a 'payback' to those who have been thorns in his side or not, I do not know.

It is a very immature, childish, short term decision, possibly reflecting the nature of those who have made the decision.

I reiterate that this is what I sense, and I am rarely wrong. The veracity will be proved further down the track.
