Negotiations are well advanced with a major player...."IF" and i mean if this is true ,i can only imagine it would be Ivanhoe,both QMN and IVA are intertwinded by a multitude of leases and actualy share one ...

I've beaten this drum before,but it makes sense that protracted and complex negotiations that have taken this long, would be with a company that has time on it's hands and has no problem in making the little guy wait ...
