Because I was both taking up my entitlement and seeking some of the shortfall I have not commented on PKO . As PKO is what could best be described as a "penny dreadful" for the very first time I've made the list of top 20 shareholders. Why did I make this decision ? Quite simply because Ernest Geoffrey Albers puts his money where his mouth is . He knows the oil and gas business. Unlike characters like Alex Bajada [ please read my comments about EXM] he IMHO wants to see this stock have the capital to grow in an extremely anticylical time for oil and gas. He also has the ability to identify great investments and make the most of them. I am a proud PKO investor and glad after this rights issue I don't have to say " if only I had taken up my issue.
