    What's fair value if the financing issue gets resolved?

    Lets say underlying earnings are $200m going forward. A conservative pe of 10 gives a cap of $2bn. 800m shares equates to $2.50 per share.

    Risk adjusting this down to 8c appears a mite harsh.
