I think you are right with your post and also with the fact that most holders do believe an other offer would emerge.

I have been one of them and still am I have to admit, For one I just can not understand that BHP has not come to the party yet.
It may still happen but I am rather puzzled by the fact that nothing happened yet as this is one of the last perls in the Nickel crown, Australia has been able to call its own.

Even now so late in the race I will be most suprised and also very dissapointed to see JBM taken out without a fight.

In the meantime I refuce to sell as long as Xstrata does not own 50% of those JBM shares.
