What happened to the shortfall?
Here is what we were told by the Company in the Prospectus:
Page 12 of the Prospectus, Item 1.4 Shortfall Facility:
"if the Rights Issue is oversubscribed, it is the Company's current intention to scale back all applications for Additional New Shares in the same proportions."
Many of us long suffering, long term holders from the DON (Diamondex) days were reduced to unmarketable parcels of SYA which have cost us over 60c per SYA share due to the 2013 consolidation. Surely management want to reward long term loyalty. The prospectus told us we would get a proportion of the Additional New Shares we applied for. Why do we currently only see on ComputerShare a still unmarketable parcel of SYA from our 1:2 rights? What happened to the shortfall?
