I come back to ( yet again ) ..my friend who was going to " time " the market in Brighton ( Melbourne ) in 2005 , he now lives in Carnegie , lucky he did purchase .

Barring a massive inheritance ( which will not happen ) , he will never reside in Brighton Again .
